Intensives

Some work simply deserves more time.

An intensive creates the space to slow down, step away from the demands of everyday life, and focus entirely on what matters most. Rather than spreading meaningful work across months of weekly sessions, we dedicate two uninterrupted days to understanding what's happening beneath the surface, working through the patterns keeping you stuck, and creating a clear path forward.

Drawing from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, and years of clinical experience and research, every intensive is personalized to your story, your goals, and the life you're hoping to create.

Whether you're healing from trauma, navigating a major transition, or looking to move through something that has felt impossible to resolve, an intensive offers the time and depth that lasting change often requires.

Who is an Intensive for?

Intensives are designed for individuals and couples who want focused, transformational work without waiting months to make meaningful progress.

I work with men needing to make sense of life, couples who need to figure out next steps and reconnect, and families needing a reset.

They are especially helpful if you are:

  • Recovering from trauma that continues to shape your relationships or daily life

  • Feeling disconnected from yourself or uncertain about your next chapter

  • Navigating a significant life transition or decision

  • Working through betrayal, conflict, or a relationship in crisis

  • Feeling emotionally stuck despite years of insight

  • Looking for concentrated work before returning to ongoing therapy or coaching

Modern Home Office

How it Works

Every intensive is tailored to your specific needs, but the overall structure remains intentionally simple.

Before We Meet

We'll begin with a consultation and assessment to better understand your history, current challenges, and goals. Together we'll create a plan so our time is focused from the moment you arrive.

Your Intensive

Two consecutive days

Six hours each day

Conducted in person in Colorado Springs

Each day includes scheduled breaks, with lunch provided, creating space to rest, reflect, and integrate the work as we move through it.

Our work may include EMDR, Internal Family Systems, attachment-focused interventions, relationship work, values clarification, and practical planning for life beyond the intensive.

Afterward

A 90-minute follow-up session is included approximately one week later to help integrate the experience, answer new questions, and establish clear next steps for continued growth.
